The recruitment process is continuous and an important part of this is to market and create the knowledge that Sapa is an interesting employer with good development opportunities. We participate actively in labour market days at colleges and universities. By sponsoring secondary schools and university colleges as well as doctoral projects, we establish Sapa’s name and increase knowledge about the opportunities offered by aluminium.
Employees of Sapa shall be stimulated and afforded personal development opportunities through Group-wide and local programmes for employee development.
Sapa Academy
Sapa Academy is the Sapa Group’s internal training and career-development programme for current and future managers. Through this programme, Sapa secures the development and recruitment of managers by nurturing a culture of development and growth. The programme is conducted once a year and comprises project work in areas of importance for Sapa from a development perspective. Training programmes are also continually in progress within several subsidiaries.
