Milling

Almost every extrusion-based component needs machining. Extruded aluminium can be milled in everything from simple milling machines to high-speed machines. High-speed machining makes it possible to achieve very good tolerances, surface finishes and processing speeds. Milling machines are generally programmable and numerically controlled.

Operations such as cutting, drilling, thread-cutting, broaching, milling, mechanical deburring, etc., can all be carried out by the same machine.
