History
We produced our first braze-clad strip for heat exchangers in 1975. But our history began long before that. At Sapa Heat Transfer we have a
direct line of descent from Finspongs Bruk, founded in the 1580's.
In 1913 Finspongs Metallverks AB was formed. In 1969 Gränges entered the picture and today we are a part of the Sapa Group. The present Sapa Heat Transfer has, under various names, produced semi-manufactures, sheet and strip in aluminium since the 1930's.
There is a
long tradition of metalworking in our region of Sweden. Tradition brings with it
technical expertise and a sense of
responsibility
