Manufactoring process

Integrating a set of production units in various sectors of manufacturing and processing of aluminium, Sapa Profiles II plants production is based mainly on the following activities, with emphasis on manufacturing that adds value and work on solutions tailored to customers

Extrusion ( 2 units Cacém and Avintes, 3 presses, around 24.000 tons/year capacity)

Anodisation (1 unit in Cacém, but with more than 1.000.000m2/year capacity)

Thermal Break (2 units in Cacém, around 2.000.000 ml/year capacity)

Fabrication  (in Cacém) with two automatic CNC centres, cutting, turning, milling and various operations gabarits and assembly lines and packaging adapted.
