Sapa Extrusions Announces Conversion Price Increase

June 21, 2010

Chicago, Illinois – Sapa Extrusions, North America, announces a three cent ($0.03) per pound conversion price increase on its market-priced soft alloy extruded products. The price increase is effective for all new orders accepted on and after July 1, 2010 and on shipments beginning July 14, 2010.

This price adjustment reflects increased transportation costs, an ever-tightening supply of aluminum billet and growing consumer demand for its products. Announcement of this increase in price will not affect other existing Supply Agreements or Firm Metal Contracts.
