With our in-house billet casting capabilities, we can offer special chemistries that are more precise than, or customized from, Aluminum Association standards.  In conjunction with our in-house heat treating operation, we can produce products with special tempers to enhance formability and machinability.

ECON-O-ROD ®Plus / ECON-O-HEX ®Plus: Close tolerance extruded aluminum rod and bar that are marketed for machining      

Acc-U-Rod: Approx. 1/3 standard tolerance rod for screw machine applications.  Special chemistries for improved machining. Improved straightness.  

Econ-O-Plate®: Closer than standard tolerance bar stock and better flatness than standard extruded bar.  

Acc-U-Plate®: Closer thickness, flatness, tolerance bar stock (on the plus side), similar to rolled plate.  

Acc-U-Bar®: Superior product for high-speed machining. Featuring tighter tolerances, improved straightness and reduced twist. All plus-side tolerances.
