Sapa Mass Transportation understands the need to be much more than a supplier of aluminium profiles. Our sales, marketing and technical experts immerse themselves in our customers’ markets, developing specialised knowledge and a close understanding of how they work and what they want from their supply partners. Our key objective is to add value by delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Each customer works with a single key account manager who is supported by a team of development and production engineers and quality and logistics specialists. When we are looking at new areas of application for aluminium, the R&D resources of the Sapa Group are there to offer full support to our customers.

We aim to become an integral part of our customers’ design teams and the earlier in the design process our involvement begins, the better the solutions we can help produce. This early involvement can not only add value to the supply partnership, it can also help to reduce costs. For example, it we take logistics into account at an early stage, choice of location for the extrusion process, additional manufacturing and delivery can be taken into consideration to ensure the most cost-efficient solution.
