To serve our customers needs in both quality and services we have implemented an integrated management system, which covers Quality, Health & Safety and Environment.

Our management system is certified by Det Norske Veritas and meets the requirements of DS/EN ISO9001:2000, DS/EN ISO14001 and EMAS, OHSAS 18001 as well as QS9000.

We are obligated to document our performance in both Health & Safety and Environment. Yearly statements are public and available (Danish Language).

To be able to document our obligations we have set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and gather results and measures on both customer and internal information:

  • Keep it simple and stay flexible

Quality

  • Reduce of Customer Claims measured as % of turnover
  • Reduce of Non Conformaties, measured as % of internal turnover
  • Increase of Delivery Performance in % of weekly deliveries

Health & Safety

  • Reduce of absence due to sickness in % of work hours
  • Reduce of injuries (measured per million work hours)

Environment

  • Reduce the specific energy consumption from the anodizing process
