Surface treatment

Surface treatment is a combination of design and functionality. Whether anodized, ground, powder coated or polished, aluminium is attractive in its own right. Functionality can be added by features such as enhanced corrosion protection or an anti-slip coating. Rail carriage sides from Sapa Mass Transportation are so highly finished when delivered that they can be painted without any preparation work. This sidewall has been produced for a Bombardier train.
