Quality without end

We want to become even better – all the time. Therefore, since 2004 we have been working with a business model called Genesis – a variant of the Toyota Production System. The basic idea is that all kinds of activities are possible to improve – provided that there are clear rules of the game.

Essentially, quality is all about human behaviour – a will to develop. And this is something that must permeate the whole organisation – all according to the old truth saying that “no chain is stronger than its weakest link”.

Ultimately, Genesis is based on common sense, good order and tidiness – it entails producing according to the needs and eliminating all forms of wastefulness – overproduction, waiting time, unnecessary stocks and transports, inadequate handling of errors, complicated processes, etc.

Already after a few years we can see clear results of our efforts: The quality has improved, the delivery reliability has become better and the internal decision-making processes have been streamlined. And this is only beginning. The work with Genesis has no end.
