: Friday 31 July, 2009, Sapa completed its purchase of US aluminium extrusion company, Indalex, in accordance with the terms of the asset purchase agreement entered into between them on June 16, 2009.

: Production and Fabrication will report to a single Operations Director. A combined Technical department will be formed for Production and Fabrication under the leadership of a Technical Director. Changes will be effective 1 May 2009
