New MD for Sapa Profiles Sweden

Tony Elfström has, as of May 1 2011, been appointed Managing Director of Sapa Profiler AB in Sweden. He will also have the regional responsibility for Sapa Profiles Sweden which in addition to Sweden includes Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Baltics.

Tony is 53 years old and has a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Lund, Sweden, and in addition a Chemical Engineering degree. He has extensive experience from leading positions within Swedish and international companies like SKF, Sandvik and Thyssen Krupp.

Currently Tony is the President/CEO for Schmolz+ Bickenbach in the US and Canada. Schmolz+Bickenbach is an international steel company based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
