Extrusion sections

with a circumscribing circle of max. 180 mm for hollow profiles, 190 mm for flat profiles.

Wall thickness
from 0,7 to 20 mm depending on shape, weight, alloy used and strength.

Tolerances
in compliance with EN 755 and EN 12020.

Raw material
Aluminium billets of the alloys 6060 and 6063 (AlMgSi0.5), as well as 6005 A (AlMgSi0.7).

Whatever the type of extrusion, the Sapa Group extrusion plants can even produce a much wider range of products than the Offenburg plant. Depending on the depth of the section, the profile size can be within a circumscribing circle of up to 400 mm.
