Based on the Quality System of TS 16949, We use APQP to develop new product in order to reduce the lead time of product development and to make sure that steady quality can be achieved at mass production stage. Standard docs (including FEMA control plan, MSA , etc.) are used in all new product development processes to ensure the normalization and validity of product development.
