Feltre at a Glance

The Feltre Plant has a long history linked to the Italian Aluminum market. It was built in 1941 as Montedison and then it became Alumetal and Alumix then becoming part of Alcoa Europe Extrusions & End Products in 1996 and since 2007 became part of the Sapa Group. It is located 90 kms from Venice and 85 kms from the Trento highway exit.
The Feltre Business Unit is formed by 36.000 sm of covered areas and 137.000 sm of ground. It contains three fully operative extrusion presses and a foundry. 225 people are working here and the yearly production is approximately 24.000 tons. The plant is certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
