Fossanova at a Glance

The Fossanova Plant was built in 1972, near Latina. The original plant had only extrusions facilities; later, anodizing, painting, and assembling thermal break profiles systems were added. In the past few years a lot of important technological interventions were made in order to provide quality and performance improvements. The constant improving of the production processes - exploiting the technical knowledge of aluminum accumulated worlwide - is a basic mainstay of the Alcoa production philosophy.
