For a new design, the CAD/CAM technical office of Sapa RC Profiles produces a detailed technical drawing of the profile, in co-design with the customer.

Billets in the right alloy are cast in-house
Link Foundry.
After approval of the drawing, a die is calculated and produced.

Finally, after die testing and fine-tuning, profile extrusion can take place.
