Ready to assemble

Sapa provides ready-to-assemble module frames, relieving Scheuten Solar of further processing. The profiles are delivered cut to length, punched and drilled for drainage and wiring, and anodised in silver or black – the two optional colours of Scheuten Solar’s high-performance Multisol line.

Advanced production

Sapa enjoys the solid trust of Scheuten Solar and its advanced production facility in Harderwijk, Netherlands, is an important success factor. In a single production line, cutting, punching and drilling are carried out in a synchronised process. The line can be rapidly changed for different profile lengths while ensuring high quality and narrow tolerances.

Continuous supply

Also appreciated by Scheuten Solar is Sapa’s widely acclaimed logistic support. At its warehouse in Harderwijk, Sapa stores at least two weeks’ supply to Scheuten at all times. On specific occasions, Sapa has been able to meet extremely challenging terms of delivery – suppling twice the regular volume in less than a week’s time.

Technical support

Besides supplying aluminium profiles, Sapa offers its competence and experience by providing technical support and consultancy. The support ranges from advising on fabrication aspects and technical feasibility to re-designing a product to optimise its performance.
