Sapa Industriservice AB is divested to Coor Service Management (Coor). Coor is the leading Nordic provider of service management and specialises in managing, developing and improving the efficiency of service functions in production facilities and other premises.

Sapa Industriservice has operations in Finspång and Skultuna, and serves customers in heavy and medium-heavy industry. Sapa Industriservice has a turnover of around MSEK 650 and has 350 employees, who will join Coor under the terms of the acquisition. The sale price is MSEK 215 on a debt-free basis.

“Sapa wishes to focus on its core business, which Sapa Industriservice has served in a support role. Sapa in Finspång will remain a large and important customer.
