Sapa North America Presents Aluminum Extrusion Market Outlook at This Year’s Annual Platts Symposium

On January 16, 2012 Jeffrey Henderson, director of marketing and business development at Sapa Extrusions-North America, presented the economic outlook of the North America aluminum extrusion market at the 2012 Platts Aluminum Symposium.  

In his presentation, Jeffrey Henderson projected the following: 

• 5-7% growth rate of the aluminum extrusion market overall 
• 5-10% growth rate of the transportation market 
• Up to 5% growth rate of the distribution, industrial, residential building and construction, and automotive industries
