Sapa RC Profiles works according a production method inspired by Toyota, Elkem and Scania. This production method, called Genesis, was introduced at Sapa in 2003. Since 2004, projects have been running for all employees in the Sapa group in order to apply this method at all levels.

This well-conceived working model aims to enable Sapa to avoid any potential wastage, improve safety for employees, take into account the environment and maintain a consistently good process and high quality with the end result being: satisfied customers and satisfied employees.
