From 1st December 2009 Sapa Profiles UK Limited, acquired the assets of Alto Aviation and Alto Fabrication, therefore becoming a major supplier of fully fabricated components and assemblies.

Combining the resources of our existing CAD facilities with those of Alto brings a wealth of experience in designing structures from Tail Docks for commercial aircraft to Marina Bridges. Using the latest technology we can provide tailored solutions which will assist you in securing business.

We can provide aluminium extrusions cut to length, mitred and compound mitred, to exacting tolerances, with a quality of cut that reflects the investment in equipment & people.

Up to 12m long, on 3, 4 & 5 axis machines our CNC department offers a “state of the art” collection of multi axis machining centres. Whether it is a simple bracket, an automotive component or a helideck, we have the internal resource to provide a class leading solution.

Often considered to be a “black art” the welding of aluminium is a major part of our offer to the market. We undertake T.I.G & M.I.G. welding from our facilities in the Heart of England. You will benefit from over 27 years of experience in the supply of welded assemblies into the Access & Construction industries.

We can drill, mill, tap, linish, roll, form and deburr. We pride ourselves on providing the best solution in a cost effective way.
