Lightweight

The specific weight of aluminium is approximately 33% of that of steel. This means that in many cases a crane is not needed when installing aluminium columns. Also, aluminium columns can be installed much more quickly than steel columns. This clearly saves costs when installing and replacing aluminium lighting columns. The typical weight of a column with a column height of 6 metres is approximately 20 kilograms.
