Pacific Life

Standing nine stories tall and hosting over 1,100 employees, the Pacific Life office ascends as the tallest building in suburban Aliso Viejo.

Sapa was proud to add value to this magnificent structure by supplying customized 5052 H32 .125" aluminum canopies and architectural aluminum wall panels. Sapa’s team has the unique ability to complete all production in-house. This allows Sapa complete control over the project from start to finish.

Sapa’s experienced Project Manager oversees each step of the job, from the design phase to the fabrication of custom painted 2-Coat Champagne Gold panels.

When faced with the challenge of creating a distinctive and flawless bull nose 5052 aluminum canopy, customized to a size that is generally too small to be rolled, the Sapa team developed a solution. By bump forming the .125" canopy using a break press Sapa was able to meet the architect’s vision.

At Ware Malcomb Architects they believe that "one size does not fit all" and that different projects call for different needs. At the projects completion, Ware Malcomb and AG&A were very satisfied with the results accomplished by utilizing Sapa’s diverse capabilities.
