Design feature

Solar modules are becoming increasingly important design features in public urban environments. This places stricter aesthetical demands on the solar absorbing surface – and on the module’s frames. Sapa’s PV frame extrusions are renowned for their neat design and superb surface finish.

Machining and processing

Sapa offers a number of processing methods for PV frames. These include surface treatment methods such as powder coating and anodization as well as mechanical processing methods such as drilling holes for grounding and drainage purposes.

New frame kit

Sapa has launched a new easy-to-assemble solar module frame. Extrusions easily click into position, speeding up frame assembly. The extrusions feature inbuilt water drainage, grounding without drilling, lower material consumption and reduced machining costs.
