Aluminum U Channel
Aluminum follows only steel in the list of most used metals and it is commonly used to make channels. Channels are strips of metal that have been formed into a specific shape, such as a "C", "J" or "U". The U-channel features two equal-sized sides connected to the bottom of the channel. It resembles C-channel, but C-channel sides are shorter than the width of the bottom of the channel.
