Tell us about your path at Sapa.

I started with the company in 2011 as a process trainee, and since then I have had the opportunity to act as analyst, engineer and, today, as supervisor. I have worked with processes in different departments, from MPE precision tubing to extrusion, including drawing and cutting and presses. Today, I can see how all these experiences offered me a broad vision and a greater knowledge about the various machines and processes of the company.

What's been your favorite moment at Sapa?

In 2015, we received an award from Sapa Innovation Awards and this is a great source of pride for me. We were recognized for the development of an operational training methodology, which illustrates - through videos - all stages of the process in a didactic way. In addition to the awards, the implementation of this project has brought apprenticeships to the team and results for the company.

What motivates you in your work?

I perform activities that add value and allow me to achieve goals. I get to learn more every day through the challenges. And I have the opportunity to manage people, always extracting the best from each member of the team.
